
Very soon after you apply we will send you an email confirming
receipt of your application. The Cobham Resourcing team will then
consider your application against the role requirements and decide
whether to invite you to take part in a phone interview.
In the phone interview, we will be particularly interested in
finding out more about your work experience, using questions about
key competencies. If the interview is successful, we will invite
you to take part in a face-to-face interview. This will provide an
opportunity for you to tell us about your achievements, skills and
competencies and for us to tell you more about Cobham and the
role.
We may use psychometric testing to help us assess your
suitability in the face-to-face interview. It helps us to
understand more about your verbal and numerical reasoning and your
preference in different work situations.
