Through our Personal Development Reviews, Cobham utilises a
standard talent management system that includes all of its
employees and is tailored to providing personal development in
conjunction with their line manager.
Cobham also supports several Talent Programmes, assessing and
developing individuals who have been identified as either high
potential business leaders or experts in their function (be it
Engineering, Finance, or HR) through the Personal Development
Review process. These employees come from all across Cobham and
participate in events that allow them to demonstrate their talent
and potential and develop their careers.
